Dan Shurley’s fiction, poetry, and literary criticism have appeared in Granta, the TLS, the Los Angeles Review of Books, BOMB, ZYZZYVA, and a few other places. He has also written about environmental justice movements and Indigenous cultural erasure in Philadelphia. He grew up in a town outside of Philadelphia and has lived in the SF Bay Area and Gainesville, Florida.
