David Rigsbee, whose poetry collection The Pilot House won the Black River Chapbook Prize, will read at Quail Ridge Books and Music in Raleigh, NC, at 3:00pm on Sunday, April 17. According to Carolyne Wright, David’s poetry “makes connections with history, with literature and philosophy, but never forgets the human figures who have engaged his imagination, empathy, and love.”
