Ruth Williams is the author of a poetry collection, Flatlands (Black Lawrence Press), and two chapbooks, Nursewifery (Jacar Press) and Conveyance (Dancing Girl Press). In addition to publishing poetry and creative nonfiction in a variety of journals, Ruth is also a scholar of poetics and women’s literature. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of English at William Jewell College.
